Quiet hotel in a central location near town centre. Delicious and great breakfast, with bacon and Sausages, for instance, good value.

A great hotel, my first choice in Bath. I thoroughly enjoyed every detail here, including staff and rooms, that were perfect. The room was new-fashioned with Bath, a sofa bed, for instance and the overall experience was very lovely. The staff was attentive and check in was quick. The breakfast was delicious with bacon and Sausages, for example and good value as opposed to other options.

Hard mattress just the way we like it! the one on the sofa bed is a little bit less...the bus stop to the airport is in 5 min walk! just beyond the Avon. Abundant breakfast, both sweet and salty.
Coffee only шт the automatic machine...

The staff was very kind. The room, although small for 4 people, was comfortable. The beds are comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. The location is a bit uncomfortable to go to the city center especially with children, but perfect for a one night stay.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is rich and of excellent quality. The staff is kind. The structure is not very close to the center but located in a convenient position to get there on foot and to get out of the chaos and to head to the highway.
We had some problems with the parking lot. We had to leave early in the morning to go to the airport and we found the car stuck between the others (four cars surrounded it). It took a good half an hour to get it out and it was only possible by waking up one of the hotel guests who kindly made himself available.

Excellent modern hotel and ideally located in the comfortable restaurant. Good hot breakfast with serving food quicker and bacon and mushrooms and outstanding customer service. Very attentive staff, very nice stay. Good location of the venue, not far from the main city centre as well as main shopping area.

Good value for money for Bath. Not very central but equally convenient to reach everything on foot

Cleanliness in common areas could really use some attention!!! Parking fees are exorbitant compared to the overall value this hotel offers, especially considering the limited spaces!!!

The hotel is quite close to the center (10-minute walk), the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient considering that I am Italian.

The room is not very large but it's ok if you want just to sleep and to take a shower. Rich breakfast. The staff is very polite.
Perhaps the fact that they don't speak Italian to help people like us who don't know English very well!

Perfect cleanliness, very cozy room, friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was very poor both in terms of the amount of the present dishes and their quality, hot drinks were not very good and the same goes for the sweet croissants and classic English breakfast.
